Adults who are:

• Physically impaired

• Socially isolated

• Mentally confused

• Unable to remain independent without supportive services

• Unable to be left alone without supervision during the day

• In need of assistance with personal care

• Incontinent

• In need of medical assistance

• Wheelchair bound

Day Break provides compassionate, quality care to individuals served, along with sensitivity and understanding to family members.

We are committed to providing quality care through innovative and futuristic approaches to adults of all races and creeds, from ages 18 to 100 plus.

Our staff and volunteers are committed to provide a variety of socially, physically and mentally stimulating activities designed to encourage independence and to reinforce those skills needed to remain in an independent, at home living environment during these hours.
